Block magnets
Quadermagnete oder auch Blockmagnete genannt spezifizieren sich durch die Angaben von L(änge) x B(reite) x H(öhe). Die Magnetisierung erfolgt in den meisten Fällen über die Höhe, nicht selten werden Blockmagnete aber auch über die Längsachse magnetisiert benötigt und als eine Art axial magnetisierter Stabmagnet eingesetzt.
Eine Magnetisierung über die Länge macht meistens dann Sinn, wenn der Quadermagnet nicht innerhalb einer Haftanwendung eingesetzt wird, sondern zum Schalten eines Kontaktes (bspw. Reed-Kontakt). Unsere flachen Quadermagnete werden meistens als Verschluss eingesetzt, beispielsweise zum Verschließen von Fenstern, Türen oder Schubladen. Neodymquader sind aufgrund Ihrer Stärke vielseitig einsetzbar.
Magnetblöcke bieten wir bereits mit einer Kantenlänge von 2 mm an, bei Sonderanfertigungen ist es hier auch ohne weiteres möglich, dem Quadermagneten eine Fase zu verpassen oder die N-Pol oder S-Pol Seite des Magneten farblich zu markieren.
Eine neue Variante unserer Quadermagnete bieten wir mit Senkbohrungen an, diese finden Sie in unserer extra dafür angelegten Kategorie. Zwar ist das Ankleben von Magneten mit Zweikomponentenkleber sehr gut möglich, anwendungsabhängig kann aber auch das Anschrauben der Magnete durchaus sinnvoll sein.
